Alarms for Action-Required Tables

Implement customizable alarms for tables requiring action. This feature would notify players with audio or visual alerts when a decision is needed, ensuring timely responses and reducing the risk of timing out during multi-tabling sessions.

This would also allow for players to remove built-in casino sounds and unify the sound fx experience.
