Street-by-Street Action Timer
Implement a timer that tracks and displays the duration taken for each decision on every street during a hand. This feature would allow players to review their timing patterns and identify potential areas for decision-making improvement.

Please add a timer for decision-making as well as a function that prevents pressing the "fold/call/raise" button after a certain amount of time has passed. For example, make it available only within 10 or 5 seconds. This way, we can track the time and avoid being prone to quick decisions ourselves.
